I will read everything by Louise Penny, even her shopping list. Her Chief Inspector Armand Gamache is the best character and it's hard not to fall in love with him. Here's a clue: I have read 8 of her 20 books. Deep plots. Complex characters. Endings you would not expect. What's not to love?
Louise Penny is on my tbr list but I haven't started the series yet. I know she's a favorite author of many readers.
